The Council of the Society concluded that it was inappropriate for the organisation to retain a list of professional experts as this may not be comprehensive and risks excluding members who have particular skills. The Society therefore recommends that as the main expert bodies have podiatrists registered with them instructing solicitors should make enquires to those organisations e.g. The Academy of Experts
