Mike O'Neill, Podiatric surgeon and spokesman for the Society will be talking on Channel 5 today (22 November 2007) at 11.30am about the causes of smelly feet and how to combat them.
Mike O'Neill has also been quoted in the press this week on his views on a new pair of air conditioned shoes available online. The shoes suck in fresh air through tiny holes, which then circulate around sweaty feet.
O'Neill says "any shoe that helps keep the foot well ventilated will help combat foot odour."
