Keeping working feet healthy - Feet for Life Month 2007

This year, June has been declared Feet for Life Month in the UK, focusing on the theme of keeping feet healthy while at work.

The aim of the event is to highlight the importance of looking after feet when at work. The month should serve to highlight the importance of podiatry to the individual and their lifestyle.

Highlights of activities during the month include:

  • A media/promotional campaign to emphasise how good foot health is critical while at work.

  • A ‘Working Feet’ brochure available for organisations and individuals. The brochure will provide guidance on caring for feet while at work.
